Steam Room Build

I built this cabinet to contain the steam generator.






This is a view of the PEX tubing for the shower outlets. The CPVC shown is for providing water to the steam generator.



These shots are of the additional framing of the steam room ceiling.


Insulation is added and wires for the speakers.


3/4 inch plywood is added to the walls and seats to ensure an even surface for the durock and tiles.






This is a shot of the thermostatic control valve located in an adjoining room.


Waterproofing is applied to the surfaces of the durock.





I used portland cement and sand along with a floor sloping system and then laid the tile for the floor.




Wall tiling began.

Tiling complete!
